Intended Use
The Canine Hemoparasite Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is designed for the detection of nucleic acids from multiple clinically significant canine hemoparasites in veterinary clinical specimens. Principle of the Assay
This kit utilizes real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) technology with highly specific primers and fluorescent hydrolysis probes targeting conserved genomic regions of the canine hemoparasites included in the panel.
During amplification, each probe specifically hybridizes to its corresponding target sequence and generates a fluorescence signal that is detected by compatible real-time PCR instruments. The increase in fluorescence intensity is directly proportional to the accumulation of amplified product, enabling sensitive, specific, and simultaneous detection and differentiation of the targeted hemoparasites.
