Retro Biotech’s HPV multiplex PCR assays are intended for qualitative detection and genotyping of clinically relevant high-risk (hrHPV) and low-risk (lrHPV) Human Papillomavirus types. Targets include genotypes associated with cervical, oropharyngeal, and anogenital cancers, as well as condyloma. A human internal control (IC; RNase P) is included to verify sample integrity and PCR performance.
Reagents are manufactured and packaged as Open System Reagents (OSR) for use with Applied Biosystems QuantStudio (Design & Analysis v1.5.1+), Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast Dx (SDS v1.4+), and Bio-Rad CFX96/CFX384 (Maestro v1.1+) real-time PCR platforms. Multiplex reaction mixes (HPVRM-1 to HPVRM-4) are supplied as pre-mixed tubes for streamlined workflows.
The HPV kit includes pre-optimized multiplex PCR mixes and essential controls for comprehensive detection and genotyping.
