Intended Use
The Bovine Enteric Panel Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of nucleic acids from multiple bovine enteric pathogens extracted from cattle clinical samples. The kit aids in the diagnosis and monitoring of bovine enteric diseases in veterinary clinical settings.

Principle of the Assay
This kit utilizes real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) technology with specific primers and fluorescent probes targeting conserved regions of the genomes of key bovine enteric pathogens.

During amplification, the probe hybridizes to the target sequence and emits fluorescence, which is detected by compatible real-time PCR instruments. The increase in fluorescence signal is proportional to the accumulation of amplified product, allowing accurate detection of each pathogen included in the panel.
