Intended Use
The Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV) Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of Newcastle Disease Virus RNA extracted from avian clinical samples. The kit aids in the diagnosis and monitoring of Newcastle disease in poultry and other susceptible birds.

Principle of the Assay
This kit utilizes real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) technology with specific primers and fluorescent probes targeting conserved regions of the NDV genome.

During amplification, the probe hybridizes to the target sequence and emits fluorescence, which is detected by compatible real-time PCR instruments. The increase in fluorescence signal is proportional to the accumulation of amplified product, allowing accurate detection of NDV.
