For Canine Influenza Virus
Canine Influenza Virus (CIV) Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of Canine Influenza Virus nucleic acid in canine respiratory samples. The assay delivers rapid, highly sensitive, and specific results, supporting accurate diagnosis of canine influenza infection in companion animals.
Intended Use
The Canine Influenza Virus (CIV) Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of Canine Influenza Virus RNA extracted from canine respiratory samples. The kit aids in the diagnosis and monitoring of canine influenza infection in veterinary clinical settings.
Principle of the Assay
This kit utilizes real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) technology with specific primers and fluorescent probes targeting conserved regions of the Canine Influenza Virus genome.
During amplification, the probe hybridizes to the target sequence and emits fluorescence, which is detected by compatible real-time PCR instruments. The increase in fluorescence signal is proportional to the accumulation of amplified product, allowing accurate detection of the virus.
