Respiratory Pathogen Comprehensive Panel with AMR markers

The Retrobiotech Respiratory Pathogen Panel (RPP) is a comprehensive multiplex real-time PCR assay designed for the qualitative or semi-quantitative detection of infectious agents responsible for respiratory tract infections, along with associated antimicrobial resistance (AMR) genes. This advanced molecular diagnostic kit includes qPCR multiplex reaction mixes for detecting: 21 viral pathogens 14 bacterial pathogens 2 key antibiotic resistance markers 1 internal amplification control The RPP kit comprises 10 pre-validated multiplex reaction mixes (RRM-1 to RRM-10), configured as open system reagents (OSR) compatible with widely used real-time PCR platforms. All necessary positive and negative controls are included to ensure assay accuracy and quality assurance..

This RPP qPCR reagent kit consists of pre-formulated qPCR reactions and standards for monitoring assay performance. Scienetix reagents are available in a pre-mixed reaction mix provided in 2mL tubes. It is recommended to test amplification controls (AC) and negative controls (NC) with each lot of sample testing.
